I provide a comprehensive and professional IT support service to the Group (CPC and Tenet Education Services). Receive and action all IT support requests for the organisations and provide full support dealing with hardware, software and network requirements. Additionally, I am involved in all operational IT and networking projects, as well as delivering key improvements to information and communication technology across the business.
