The main roles of helpdesk are: assisting all callers with basic queries, assisting with website issues and troubleshooting where possible. Ensuring the information we hold across all systems is up-to-date and accurate.
I am passionate about learning and problem solving. For example, if a member comes to me with a specific question that I am not proficient enough to answer, I will search until I find a solution. Subsequently, I will utilise that knowledge in the future with other members. I am constantly looking to increase my skills and comprehension in order to provide a better service.
I have held a wide variety of customer facing roles in a café, various bar work and several administrative roles. I was also a course representative and chairman of a sports club whilst at university. These experiences have moulded me into the type of person that endeavours to do their best in everything.
I am inspired by musicians, comedians, artists and scientists I admire. I am motivated by my flat-mates, friends, mindfulness through the medium of yoga and willingness to better myself.
