To be the first point of contact within CPC for our members and suppliers. I induct new member institutions. I guide them through the registration process and I also support other departments within CPC when needed.
I am passionate about helping others to get the best of the services provided for them and guiding them to what is best for them. I enjoy being both part of a team and independent to help customers get a great service.
I have always worked in a team in different charity organisations where great customer service impacts both the business and the community. I have previous work experience in Tesco and City year UK.
I am inspired by people who want to help both the company grow but also help those in the community by giving back to them.
