Managing Director
Having previously worked in an FE college, I joined Tenet Education Services as a Procurement Manager back in 2009, with responsibility for line managing a small team, who were supporting our managed procurement customers in the North of England. The quantity of customers expanded, as did the team, and with this came the opportunity to take on a director's position. Working alongside the Managing Director, Deputy MD and two Operations Directors, I became a board member.
In 2016, Tenet's Managing Director took the decision to semi-retire and I was then appointed to the role of MD. Changing jobs is always a gamble, but the move to Tenet proved to be an excellent career choice for me. I became part of an energetic, pro-active team, where everyone’s contribution mattered. I also became part of a supportive and professional Group Leadership Team, in a business that was people orientated and focused on delivering the excellent customer service.
After Tenet became part of CPC, the opportunity to apply for their Managing Director position became available, following the existing CPC MD’s decision to retire. I was delighted to be chosen for the role, so my career progression continues with CPC. I consider it a privilege to be part of the team and hope to continue the amazing journey CPC has taken over the past 20 years.
