Crescent Purchasing Consortium (CPC) is delighted to announce it will be offering bursary funding for three places on the CIPS Syndicated Qualifications Programme's L4 Diploma in Procurement & Supply in 2026.
After the success of our initial programme in 2025, this opportunity opens today to our 10,500+ members, with the bursaries intended to provide education professionals with enhanced knowledge and the practical tools required in the realm of public procurement. Each place is worth £4,570. For 2026, CPC are partnering with SR Supply Chain Consultants (SRSCC) to deliver tuition and prepare students for each of the module exams.
Our CPC members can now apply for this bursary by filling in the online form or nominate a colleague for consideration here (before the closing date of 30th January 2026). Don’t worry if you’ve applied for this before and were unsuccessful, you could still be given a bursary if you apply today, as we start again with a clean slate.
Those successful will also receive free mentoring from CPC's Procurement Learning & Development Lead, Mark Pearson throughout the process and you can read more about how last year’s cohort found the whole process here. Mark said:
