2. Eliminates the need to individually undertake your own full procurement exercise, which saves time and resources
3. Simplifies the process and removes the cost in procuring the services and providers
4. Legally compliant framework agreement developed within the UK Public Contract Regulations

6. Opportunity for further savings through further competition
7. TUCO regularly audit the nominated suppliers to assist in the management and reduction of food safety risks

Institutions can call off from the Fruit and Vegetable framework through one of the following three methods:

1. Direct award
2. Utilising the quality scoring from the framework tender and reassessing just price
3. Mini competition

Important Procurement Act 2023 requirement

It is very important for CPC members to register on the new Find a Tender Service to create your organisation’s unique procurement identifier, known as an API Key. You then need to add the API Key to your profile on our MultiQuote eSender portal to run compliant mini competitions for our frameworks. It is a requirement under Procurement Act 2023 that relevant notices are published to the Find a Tender Service and MultiQuote can only publish your notices if you have added your API Key.
