Description

The re-tendered Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Services Framework allows buyers to engage with competent, capable, and committed suppliers for the delivery of their planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance services.

All suppliers on the framework have confirmed they can either self-deliver or sub-contract the maintenance and repair of the following core services:

  • Boilers, Heating and Hot Water Systems
  • Air Conditioning, Ventilation and Refrigeration
  • Plumbing, Cold Water and Hygiene
  • Fire, Security and Life Safety Systems
  • Electrical, Lifts and Access

Buyers calling off from this framework agreement should look to enter a contract with a single supplier capable of delivering their entire mechanical and electrical maintenance service requirements.
