Should you wish to have your new cleaning or catering service in place at the start of the new academic year, now is the time to start the procurement process as we recommend allowing at least three months to appoint a new cleaning or catering provider.

Using the Outsourced Catering Services framework will help you to appoint a catering provider who will provide value for money and improved food choices for your students.

Using the Building Cleaning framework you can procure an outsourced cleaning service and design it to best meet the needs of your institution.

The frameworks will save you time as you won’t need to complete a full OJEU tender process and they provide regional and national competition to secure value for money.

The frameworks are designed for the education sector and CPC are here to help you to complete a mini-competition exercise that is fully compliant with EU Regulations. Your dedicated Contract Manager will offer support, guidance and assistance throughout the whole tender process. The frameworks offer bespoke user guides and mini competition documents to support CPC members.

Should you require any further information or have any questions please contact Senior Contracts & Procurement Officer Majid Khan on 0161 974 0949 or [email protected].

Should you feel that your organisation doesn’t have the sufficient in-house expertise, experience and understanding of the marketplace to carry out the process, our sister company Tenet Education Services can run the tendering process for you for a fee.
