CPC are delighted to announce the launch of our new DfE recommended insurance framework agreement for Academies, Multi-Academy Trusts, Maintained Schools and Free Schools.

Members can obtain Comprehensive Insurance Cover through Lot 1 providing a competitive and compliant alternative to the DfE Risk Protection Arrangement (RPA).

Any members who have joined the RPA  can continue to purchase any peripheral cover not included within the RPA via Lot 2, but now there are more providers to select from offering greater competition.

Insurance products and support services are available directly from insurers or via specialist insurance brokers as follows:

Lot 1 Comprehensive Insurance Cover & Service Provision

  • Education Protect Limited
  • Hettle Andrews & Associates Ltd
  • Zurich Insurance Plc

Lot 2 All covers not included within the RPA

  • Aon UK Ltd
  • Education Protect Limited
  • Hettle Andrews & Associates Ltd
  • Towergate Underwriting Group Limited

Members will be able to obtain at least 3 competitive quotations through each lot utilising CPC’s Quote Tool or  Sourcing Cloud to quickly publish your requirements.

Support and guidance continue to be offered by Gary Sadler CPC Senior Category Manager and Graham Peck Director at Risk2Value (R2V). R2V are CPC’s FCA regulated partners and as such can offer our members free ad-hoc technical advice on insurance matters.
