Stationery and Educational Supplies framework delivery update

CPC’s Stationery and Educational supplies framework enables CPC members to buy directly through our sole framework supplier Banner for stationery, education and office supplies. CPC have had a number of discussions with Banner and several members over the past few weeks and it has been agreed that for the safety of all involved, the desktop delivery service from Banner will remain suspended. Please note this is very much a temporary break during these unprecedented times and it will be reviewed regularly. Banner will re-introduce this service as and when it is safe for both our members and the Banner team. 

Banner are working hard to keep their delivery service running as usual and the safety of their teams and our members remains our top priority. Banner are continuing to maintain the appropriate measures to reduce the overall risk to their workforce and our members in line with government, WHO & HSE guidance. Any desktop deliveries that involve entering members’ premises and travelling in lifts etc are an increased risk and will remain  suspended, unless the necessary checks have taken place and an agreement has been made with your Banner Account Manager and their delivery team. 

Banner will aim to accommodate any individual customer delivery requirements or special delivery requests. Please contact your Banner Account Manager if you have a request regarding your deliveries, including to arrange an alternative delivery point such as a reception area, agreed safe delivery point or loading bay.

Please be mindful that during the current situation there will be changes to services to keep both our members and our suppliers safe and making sure services are delivered in line with government guidance.   

We appreciate your understanding in this matter during these difficult times. We can assure you that we will continue to monitor this and as soon as it’s safe to allow desk top deliveries to be made again, Banner will commence immediately.
