CPC are pleased to inform members that the Library Resources framework agreement has been successfully retendered and went live on 9th October 2020.

We are confident that this new offering gives clearer routes to market with the inclusion of a mini-competition template and an easy to access direct award mechanism. It will also allow members to benefit from substantial discounts off publisher’s list prices that are set for the duration of the framework.

The successful suppliers cover a range of specialisms including the schools market, higher and further education markets, textbooks, subscriptions for professional journals etc. The successful suppliers are split across four lots as follows:

Lot 1: Library Books

Lot 2: Library eBooks

Lot 3: Journal/Periodical Subscription Services
