The free 30 Day Wellbeing Challenge with Jamie Peacock in partnership with Schools Advisory Service (SAS) is suitable for staff and pupils aged 10 years and over.
The programme covers:
- Positive mindset
- Good sleep
- Physical activity
- Eating healthy
The challenge has been made available to over 18,500 school staff and pupils since it launched on 12th January. More spaces are now available to support schools, their staff and home learning. Find out more about the programme and the next available dates by clicking here.
Schools that have a SAS staff absence insurance policy (available through CPC’s Staff Absence Insurance & Associated Services framework), also have access to an 8-week ‘Be A Champion programme’ with app and web based pupil submission, plus an individual dashboard for class groups in your school.
