CPC’s new Print and Design Services framework is a retender of the previous Print and Related Services framework, to make it more relevant to the print and design market by including digital alternatives, different lot structure and Social Value. This especially includes more detailed innovation requirements and the need to deliver Social Value/added value for our members.

A rigorous tender process was undertaken to deliver this  new framework, allowing new and existing members alike to compliantly procure a range of print and design related services through this framework. The lot structure for this framework has been reduced to 2 lots and amended jargon to clearly distinguish what services are procured for the different lots, providing more transparency.

Detailed below is the lot structure, with the print and design merged to create one lot where members can utilise both services or as stand-alone service e.g. print or print and design.

  • Lot 1: Print and design
  • Lot 2: Fully Managed Print Service

We have 6 new suppliers who have also been added to Lot 1 of this new retendered framework and these are:

  • AGNE Ltd (trading as AlphaGraphics Northeast)
  • BCQ Group Limited
  • Inc Dot Com Limited
  • Manchester Printers Group
  • Mordene Designs Limited (trading as Astwood Design)
  • Sterling Press Ltd

The general types of products that this framework will cover include but are not limited to the following elements:

  • Flyers
  • Curriculum Booklets
  • Posters
  • Wall Stickers
  • Basic design, artwork, and
  • Alternative formats e.g., Braille different language
  • Digital Assets
