Pre-market engagement for new Estates Professional Services framework opportunity

CPC's Contracting Team have been approached by members and stakeholders over the last 18 months asking if the business would consider adding Estates Professional Services to the CPC suite of frameworks and DPS tools available. In response to this request, we have recently undertaken a pre-market engagement process involving stakeholders from across both the educational and built environment sectors to ascertain the feasibility of delivering a solution for members so that they can procure these services in a simple, value-adding and compliant manner. We recently concluded this feasibility assessment and a report outlining our findings and recommendations has been submitted to CPC management for review and approval. We look forward to providing further updates on this workstream in the coming months.
