Dukefield Energy, the sole supplier on CPC’s Utilities framework, have now developed a facility for members to have easy access to their own energy management reports. The web-based platform is delivered via their partner Systemslink; the market-leading software specialists for monitoring utilities usage. All customers can have access to the portal via the Dukefield Energy website once they have been setup with an account login.
The portal has many features including charts for comparing usage over periods of time, as well as the ability for users to view their organisation’s electricity usage breakdowns by building and/or site. There is also a facility for targets to be set for energy consumption, which can help with managing expenditure and budget forecasts.
Dukefield Energy piloted the new system with a sample of their own customers before fully launching it and the feedback was very positive in terms of how intuitive the functionality of the portal is. They have also been pleased to hear that the features, which can be individually tailored to meet each customer’s reporting requirements are really useful.
In addition, Dukefield have created a supporting Help Guide which is available to download from within the Associated Documentation area on our Utilities framework page. The Dukefield team will also be running virtual training sessions. Registration links for the training sessions will be sent to all customers once the dates have been confirmed.
Dukefield Energy are constantly striving to improve their services and will continue to look at what other initiatives can be introduced to help support customers.
The option for organisations to have 24 hour access to their energy reports is becoming an increasingly valuable tool as the impact of rising energy costs is felt. We are encouraging all of our existing and new members to register their interest in having an account setup.
