Dukefield Energy launch a new intuitive energy management customer portal

CPC’s dedicated Energy Consultant; Dukefield Energy, now have a dedicated ‘Energy Management Portal’ for members who are their customers, to have easy access to their own energy management reports. The web-based platform is delivered via their partner Systemslink, the market-leading software specialists for monitoring utilities usage. All members who have contracted their gas and electricity through CPC’s Utilities Supplies and Services framework for which Dukefield Energy are the sole consultant, can have access to the portal via the Dukefield Energy website once they have been setup with an account login.   

The portal has many features including charts for comparing energy usage over periods of time and it also has the ability for users to view their organisation’s electricity usage breakdowns by building/site. There is also a facility for targets to be set for energy consumption, which can help with managing expenditure and budget forecasts.  

Dukefield Energy piloted the new system with a sample of customers before fully launching it and the feedback was very positive in terms of how intuitive the functionality of the portal is. Dukefield Energy have also been pleased to hear that the features, which can be individually tailored to meet each customer’s reporting requirements, are really useful.  

The option for organisations to have 24 hour access to their energy reports is becoming an increasingly valuable tool as the impact of rising energy costs is felt. The Dukefield team are encouraging all existing and new customers to register their interest in having an account setup.  detailed in last sentence duplication. 

There is a supporting Help Guide available to download here and there will also be virtual training sessions to help show you how to navigate and use the portal. Registration links for the training sessions will be sent to all customers once the dates have been confirmed.  

Dukefield Energy are constantly striving to improve their services and will continue to look at what other initiatives can be introduced to help support members.
