2021/2022 Academic year update from the RPA’s

Published

By Jack Horton

Over the past few weeks, as the end of the last academic year has just passed, we had strived to meet with as many members as we possibly could to ensure that they feel supported going into the next academic  year. We have also already arranged to meet with many of our members when they return to give much needed advice and guidance on their procurement activities.

We have managed to engage with more members than any other year over the last financial year, which is a huge testament to the team and their work ethic, along with our approachability, which we are very proud of. It is amazing to see that members feel comfortable reaching out to us when they need to.

We also recently welcomed two new Regional Procurement Advisors (RPAs) to the team; Deborah Adesina and Emma Middleton. Deborah will be looking after the London and South East region and Emma will be looking after the Southwest and Wales. They have already settled in really well and have made waves in their regions by meeting with plenty of our members from further education establishments to Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs). Jack Horton, CPC’s newly promoted Customer Engagement Manager said;

It is great to have a full team once again and I am really looking forward to seeing the difference we can make for our members over the coming year.

The team are currently looking at new ways to engage with members, and utilising as many different techniques as we can as we move towards the launch of the new CPC website. If you have any ideas we could look into implementing, or ideas you may have heard from members in passing, please reach out to us and let us know!

Our Regional Procurement Advisors are always here to help you get the most out of your CPC membership and to provide hands on support for using our frameworks and services. For more information on how to get in touch with your local Regional Procurement Advisor, please visit click here.
