Tenet unveils new-look On Demand Services team

Published

CPC’s sister brand, Tenet Education Services, is pleased to confirm a new-look On Demand Services team, following the appointment of Jonathan Whittle as its Head of On Demand Services in October.

Tenet is happy to announce that Luke Wood and Karis Lucano-Jones have both been promoted to Procurement Managers and will duly lead Tenet’s dedicated team of Procurement Consultants to undertake tenders for all your school and college needs, from Cleaning to HR and Payroll Services.

A MCIPS chartered procurement and supply professional, sports and travel enthusiast Luke starts his new management role with more than eight years’ experience in the procurement industry, building knowledge of domestic public contracting regulations and working with clients and suppliers alike.

With extensive knowledge of FTS (OJEU) statute and legislation, Luke is fully versed in a number of tendering routes to market and skilled in preparing paperwork for EU-compliant tenders, as well as report writing, client liaison and general day-to-day purchasing and procurement tasks.

Having previously been part of CPC’s Contracting team, where she managed a number of our CPC frameworks, Karis has spent over four years working for Tenet On Demand, helping deliver ad-hoc tendering requirements across the sector and exerting skill in building client/supplier relationships.

With experience running compliant procurement processes across different service areas, Karis has been able to deliver both above and below threshold tender processes, such as Open and Restricted FTS tenders, Further Competitions and Requests for Quotations, and is MCIPS-accredited since 2021.

Jonathan was also delighted to welcome Emma Middleton and Georgia Burton to his On Demand Services team this month, each bringing their own valued experience to the Tenet table for 2023.

Midlands native Emma moves across to Tenet having impressed in her role as one of CPC’s Regional Procurement Advisors in 2022 (as profiled in our November newsletter), while Essex-based Georgia takes up her post after working as a Senior Procurement Officer for Colchester Institute of HE.
