CPC Website redesign

Published

By Lee Duckworth

The redesigned CPC website has now been live for a month and the feedback we have received so far has been very positive. We must say a big thank you to all of you who have taken the time out of your busy schedules to let us know your thoughts.

As well as a fresh new look, the new website also incorporates several new features and this month we are going to highlight one of these, the Contracting Pipeline .

As well as the new contracting pipeline, several other tools have been improved and we continue to make further improvements as they are requested. One such improvement is with the Quote Tool which now allows you the option to inform suppliers that you are not going to proceed with a quote after obtaining bids from suppliers. To use this new feature please visit your My Institutions Quote page, select the relevant quote from the table and then, provided the return deadline has passed, you will see a button at the bottom of the page to close this quote without being awarded. By clicking this button you will be prompted to enter a reason that an award is not being made and you can then submit this which will finalise the quote and will notify all relevant suppliers.

We hope that you enjoy using your new website but if you do have any feedback or suggestions please send them to [email protected]
