The OJEU notice for the above framework was placed on 15 December 2014 and the tender documents are now available via the CPC electronic tendering website In-tend at the link below:

The tender is being carried out using the Open Procedure and has been split into two lots as below:

• Lot 1 – Sports Equipment & Clothing, Including Non-Commercial Fitness Equipment
• Lot 2 – Commercial Fitness & Gym Equipment

We would appreciate it if you could please inform your suppliers that may be interested in tendering and ask them to register their interest on In-tend. Once they’ve expressed an interest they’ll be able to download the tender documents.

We are hoping that the new framework will be in place by mid-March 2015. As already advised the current framework has been extended under the existing terms until 2 March 2015 to cover our members needs whilst the re-tender is taking place.

Tender returns are due back 12 noon, Monday 26 January 2015.
