DfE (Department for Education) have been working with CPC (Crescent Purchasing Consortium) knowing that many Academies and Schools often want simple Legal Advice. CPC have developed a free to use Legal Services Helpline Tool to provide easy access to basic legal advice provided by the suppliers on our Legal Services Framework.
The Helpline enables Academies, Schools and Colleges in England to submit legal questions and queries to CPC's panel of expert Legal Services providers. Where possible providers will respond directly within the requested timeframe with an initial free response alongside a secondary costed proposal should the question require a more comprehensive or ongoing service.The Helpline is easy to use with Step by Step guidance and assistance available from CPC if required.
