205 Responses to Recent Survey on Awarding Organisations

CPC, CCS and AoC would like to thank all member institutions who kindly completed the recent Survey about Awarding Organisations. The project group were delighted with the number of returned surveys as we received 205 responses containing extremely useful information to help with the project.

With four respondents reporting that their annual expenditure in this area was less than £100k and fifteen being over £1m we get a more defined picture of the landscape. The broad range of Sector Subject Areas and number of Awarding Organisations being used by members confirms the breadth of requirements that the project must try to address.

The group were also delighted by the number of institutions who kindly provided their contact details to receive more details about the project and to help with additional information. The PIN (Prior Information Notice) has been published by CCS, number 2015/S 235-426495.

The next stage is that CCS has emailed a Request for Information (RFI) to the member contacts provided and a separate RFI to suppliers to gather additional details. This will help further with the development of the tender specifications. Colleagues at CCS are currently scheduling events for supplier and customer engagement.
