NAHT, ASCL and DfE would like to develop some guidance for Schools and Academies on good practice in recruiting Supply Teachers and working with Supply Teacher agencies. They would be keen to hear from you what that guidance should cover and more importantly, they’d like you to send through any advice, tips, good practice you could share with other Schools and Academies. They would also like to hear of any lessons learnt in recruiting from supply agencies and any pitfalls to avoid. All information used would be anonymised and their aim is to produce some guidance that would help Schools and Academies improve the way they use agencies and the service they receive. Please send information by 31st March 2016 to [email protected]
