Southerns Group has acquired Broadstock Office Furniture Ltd. Whilst the ownership of Broadstock has altered they will continue to trade independently from Southerns and their company registration number remains unchanged. Customers of Broadstock shall continue to receive the same service, including pricing through the framework agreement as before the acquisition.
Southerns’ Chief Executive, Andy Kendall-Jones commented: “We are delighted to welcome Broadstock to the Southerns Group. Its people and infrastructure will add significant capability to the wider group, and we look forward to working with Nick and his team to continue to take the business forward.”
