A huge thank you to everyone who has completed our latest Customer Satisfaction Survey. For those of you who still haven’t – what are you waiting for! It only takes a couple of minutes to complete and you will be entered into a prize draw to win an iPad! Yes. An iPad!

At CPC we want our members to be confident that they are receiving the best possible service. It is essential to us that your needs are met and exceeded by our framework agreements and support services.

We reviewed the results from last year’s survey and were delighted with your feedback. We have ensured that where possible your ideas were implemented. Continuous improvement is at the heart of what we do, which is why your feedback is so important. It tells us, what we are doing right and what can be done differently. It helps us to continue to be the consortium of choice for the Education Sector.

The survey will close at midnight on Monday 24th October. Please note that any responses to the survey we issued in May will not be counted. Please remember you will need to respond again to this survey.
