Grounds Maintenance Framework Now Live

We are pleased to inform you that the replacement Grounds Maintenance Framework launched on the 23 November 2016. The framework has been split into 13 regional lots and will run until 22nd November to August 2019, with a possible one-year extension until 22nd November 2020.

We believe that the new framework offers a wide choice of suppliers and also covers members' requirements comprehensively and includes the following services:

  • General grounds requirements
  • Grass cuttings
  • Maintenance of grass surfaces
  • Hard surface and tarmac areas
  • Maintenance of shrub borders
  • Shrub beds
  • Hedge maintenance
  • Weed control
  • Fence line maintenance
  • Tree maintenance (immature & mature)
  • Apply selective weed killer
  • Sports pitch marking and maintenance (all sports)
  • Spiking, scarifying & harrowing of sports fields

14 suppliers in total were successful over the various lots (8 suppliers declared themselves as an SME.) The full supplier list is available on our website. A downloadable User Guide is also available and includes a sample specification and comprehensive templates to assist you with your further competition.
