CPC, NWUPC and members of the Furniture Commodity Group are due to hold review meetings with suppliers on the Office Furniture framework on 20th June 2017. If you have used this framework please take a few minutes to complete the survey.

Following member feedback the survey has been simplified to ensure that it requires as little of your time as possible whilst ensuring we receive valuable feedback from members. Under the previous format you were required to complete a separate survey per supplier whilst the new format enables you to complete one survey in which you can provide feedback on all framework suppliers.

Additionally, a short section has been included in which you can provide feedback on suppliers you have not used. This is designed to help suppliers who are struggling to win business understand what they can do to improve and to ensure that all suppliers have a degree of constructive feedback for the review meetings; therefore, I would be grateful if you could complete this section for all suppliers where possible and where feedback has not been provided in the previous sections.
