An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time HR Assistant to join a growing Organisation based in Salford. CPC is a well-established not-for-profit Organisation with an excellent reputation in the Education sector. The CPC team is made up of experienced and dedicated procurement experts who are able to offer support and guidance on producing EU-tendered purchasing frameworks. CPC frameworks cover a wide variety of products and services and our aim is to continue to develop this portfolio in line with our members'needs.
Reporting to the Human Resource Manager you will be responsible for offering a pro-active and comprehensive service and advice on all aspects of HR for all levels of personnel. This is a generalist role covering a broad range of duties from HR administration, recruitment, employee benefits, HR systems, policies & procedures, training & development, employee performance reviews, people development and performance management.
The HR Assistant role will suit a candidate with previous experience of working within a HR function, CIPD qualified or working towards. You will have strong organisational and prioritisation skills with an interest in process improvement and a willingness to get involved in ad-hoc projects as required. The ability to build rapport with people at all levels, as well as a commitment to teamwork will be essential for this role.
