Novation of Supplier on Grounds Maintenance Framework

Published

By Keeley Blackburn

Hultons Landscapes, who were a supplier on the Grounds Maintenance framework, ceased trading on 12 March 2018 and have asked that all contracted works through the framework be novated over to Wright Landscapes to provide a seamless continuity of service. To comply with EU regulations we require all framework suppliers who change their legal entity to complete a new selection questionnaire. The purpose of this exercise is to establish the new company’s capability and capacity to fulfil the framework. I am pleased to report that Wright Landscapes passed the selection stage and have been novated onto the framework, the website has been updated.

If you have any questions please contact Senior Contracts & Procurement Officer Keeley Blackburn via email [email protected] or on 0161 974 0945.
