The current Supply and Distribution of Drinking Water Dispensers and Related Services framework agreement is due to expire on 15th March 2019. During the lead up to the re-tendering process, we are currently undertaking pre-market engagement with CPC members and suppliers to ensure that the new agreement is able to cover all necessary requirements and is as straightforward to use as possible.

The current framework is structured with 2 lots as detailed below:

  • Bottled Water Dispensers
  • Plumbed in Water Dispensers

We would greatly appreciate it if you could please provide assistance by answering the following questions if you have made use of the current framework:

  1. Would your institution benefit from having additional lots included to cover drinking water fountains and hot water boilers?
  2. When carrying out further competitions using the framework, have you included questions regarding sustainability and the reduction of plastics?
  3. How do you believe the framework can be improved?
