The current agreement for Sports, Fitness and Gym equipment comes to an end on 12th April 2019. Crescent Purchasing have been working on tender documentation together with suppliers and members in advance of this expiration date in order to ensure a seamless transition between the existing and new framework.
The tender opportunity is currently live and we would like to take this opportunity to inform members of the process so that the information can be passed on to their local or incumbent sport and fitness suppliers.
Suppliers that are interested in bidding are advised to register on the Multiquote portal and download the documentation available. The contract notice was sent out on 5th February 2019 with the deadline for returns on 7th March 2019.
