The current Crescent Purchasing Consortium multifunctional devices and associated print services framework expired on 17th September 2016. CPC is currently undertaking a retender process to put in place a replacement next generation framework. In order to ensure continuity of supply and choice for Members and wider public sector organisations in the interim, and to permit the completion of the replacement framework tender process, CPC has elected to extend the framework by three months. The framework agreement will now expire on 17th December 2016. This additional framework extension has been approved in compliance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, Regulation 72. CPC Members and wider public sector organisations can therefore be satisfied that the extension represents a fully compliant procurement route for your print solutions.
