Lot 1 is a catalogue offering, meaning that members can utilise the catalogues available within the suppliers' individual pages to choose which supplier to award to on an ad hoc basis. Alternatively, in accordance with the institution's financial regulations, a supplier may be appointed for a longer period of time covering all purchases within the contract length. In this instance we suggest inviting all suppliers to the opportunity through a further competition process.
CPC typically recommends that where members wish to utilise Lot 2, they should undertake a further competition considering their own particular requirements.
Please see the user guide for further details.
If you require support in running a further competition via this framework, Tenet Services can help. Tenet offer a nationwide service specialising in assisting education establishments to complete further competitions.
