This TUCO framework is for the supply and distribution of all varieties of milk and dairy included fairly-traded products, bread and morning goods, artisan products and alternatives such as soya/dairy-free and gluten-free to the higher education/further education sectors.
There are four lots to choose from:
- Lot 1 - Milk & Dairy
- Lot 3 - Milk & Dairy Fairly Traded
- Lot 4 - Bread & Morning Goods
- Lot 7 - Artisan Cheese HE/FE
