The framework agreement is designed to be a one stop shop for an organisation’s entire cashless payment system needs and is let under a single lot.
Cashless payment systems remove the need for handling of cash at the point of sale, improving the customer and user experience, reducing queues and speeding up service, creating value for money for the customer/user, whilst providing full reporting functionality, across a variety of solutions to meet users’ diverse needs.

It was awarded on 17th July 2017 and runs to 16th July 2020 with a possible extension to 16th July 2021.
CPC typically recommend that members undertake a further competition considering their own particular requirements, however please see the framework user guide for further details.
