How can I use this Framework

Due to the ever-changing needs of our members estates, price lists have not been developed for lots 1 – 13. Members wishing to use these lots can specify and confirm their requirement to the framework suppliers via further competition using the framework user guide and template documents.

Due to the scope of lots 1 – 13 please give suppliers 3 – 4 weeks to respond to further competition requests. Depending on the level of works required suppliers may need to undertake a site visit which should also be taken into consideration. Please be aware that peak demand periods for this framework are school holidays and half terms, as this is when a large number of members look to do maintenance and installation work.

Members with a requirement for the lot 14 (supply only) are advised to allow 1 – 2 weeks for suppliers to respond to quotation requests.

CPC advises members to use the CPC Quote Tool to assist in efficiently running your CCTV tender and sending out to all the suppliers on your chosen lot in one go.
