This framework agreement covers the supply of PPE, Clothing, Uniforms and First Aid equipment. This framework was set up to allow CPC and participating consortia members to purchase available items in a efficent and value added method. The framework is split into 5 lot as follows:
Tate Galleries sourced quality PPE at competitive prices
Tate Galleries in London used CPC’s PPE, Clothing and Uniforms framework to source a range of PPE items to support the Galleries’ summer reopening
CPC recommends that Institutions carry out a further competition, inviting all capable suppliers on the framework lot to participate. Further competitions may be undertaken on a requirement-by-requirement basis or members may wish to award a call-off contract to one supplier for a pre-determined contract duration (up to a maximum of 4 years), subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement between both parties. CPC have produced a template to support members undertaking a further competition through this framework and that the template should be used to ensure consistency across all framework activity. We advise that Members use the CPC Quote Tool to get access to the competitive terms agreed under this framework.
A Member may also choose to Direct Award to a supplier without having to engage in a further competition process to award a contract. Where time is of the essence and the urgency of a members need make a further competition process unviable, members may direct award a call-off contract.
Further details can be found in the User Guide.
