Corporate software is defined as any software or set of computer programs used by organisations in order to perform back-office business functions. In the Education sector this specifically covers financial management, human resource system, payroll system, academy learner MI system, and FE college learner MI system softwares.
Institutions should allow a minimum of four weeks to allow suppliers time to bid for your requirement, ideally six weeks is recommended.
Mini-competition – This is the only call-off method available for this framework. You should invite all suppliers capable of meeting your requirements (e.g. they are on the Lot you require) to bid for your opportunity. Where your requirement covers more than one Lot, bids from suppliers on both Lots only should be accepted. Suppliers outside of the framework cannot be a part of your competition. You should draw up an ITT and evaluate on an MEAT basis (most economically advantageous tender).
Further information can be obtained the framework User Guide & Further Competition Tempate below.
