The CPC's Temporary and Permanent Staffing framework can provide a variety of academic and support staff throughout the year. It covers all of your recruitment needs for teaching and administration staff whether you need support on a full time, temporary or contract basis.

The framework offers a compliant route to market and is split into 16 lots consisting of separate Academic Staff lots for FE/HE and Schools/Academies, regional lots for Support Staff and a Master Vendor lot.

What is a master vendor?

A master vendor model is where the provider assumes full responsibility for the staffing provision. Direct sourcing and 2nd tier suppliers are used to achieve this provision, which can be used to fulfil both permanent and temporary requirements. The master vendor will also engage with your incumbent suppliers where required.

It was awarded on 18th July 2018 and runs to 17th July 2021 with a possible extension to 17th July 2022.

Key Benefits of this Framework

  1. Provides value for money
  2. Fully compliant with EU Regulations
  3. Choose from a selection of fully vetted providers
  4. Reduced administration time and easy to use
  5. Guidance and specialist advice from a CPC Contract Manager
