A Compliant Route for Leasing IT Equipment

Published

Members will soon be able to source and lease their IT equipment through our Desktop Hardware framework in conjunction with our new Leasing Services framework. The Leasing Services framework is due to launch to members on 18th September 2017 and will be structured into the following lots:

  • Lot 1 – Operating Lease – ICT, High Tech and Telecommunication Assets
  • Lot 2 – Operating Lease – General Vehicles, Plant and Machinery Assets
  • Lot 3 – Finance Lease – General Vehicles, Plant and Machinery Assets

Members will be able to use lot 1 of the new Leasing Services agreement alongside the Desktop Hardware framework as a compliant route to secure funding for their selected equipment. This will enable members to source their required IT equipment from a list of approved suppliers. The lots include but are not limited to the following equipment

This process will ensure full compliance for members on the acquisition of their required IT equipment and on the acquisition of funding.

If you have any questions regarding the Desktop Hardware framework, please contact Contracts & Procurement Officer Karis Lucano on [email protected]. For any questions regarding the Leasing Services framework please contact Contracts & Procurement Officer Ria Logan on [email protected].
