Thank you for your interest in becoming a CPC supplier! To offer your services to our 10227 member organisations your company needs to successfully go through a full tender process and be awarded a place on one of our 87 framework agreements. Once your company is on a framework you will become a supplier and receive quote requests from Crescent Purchasing Consortium members. Most CPC frameworks are awarded for a period of 2 to 4 years and we are unable to add suppliers to an existing framework part-way through a contract term. However, suppliers can join agreements called dynamic purchasing systems throughout the contract period.
Please note we do not hold relationships with suppliers outside of a framework environment and we only set up frameworks in new areas which members request.
Upcoming framework tenders
You can find out which frameworks are coming up for tender by visiting our Contracting Pipeline. It lists all tendering opportunities, details the contracting authority and expected award date. CPC tender opportunities are advertised through CPC's preferred tendering tool, MultiQuote so register your company there to see any tenders CPC release.
CPC member and supplier engagement will typically commence 6 months prior to the award date of a framework. Check the Contracting Pipeline as often as practicable in advance of the expected award date to help ensure that a framework opportunity is not missed.
Contracting authorities
Several CPC frameworks are run by other contracting authorities such as the HE Consortia. If the Contracting Authority is not CPC, you will need to contact the lead consortia to gain access to their preferred tendering portal. If you require any assistance, please contact our Helpdesk who will be more than happy to assist.
