Now that we’re approaching the start of exam season, many institutions are beginning to look ahead towards the start of 2019/20 academic year and the commencement of the student enrolment period. Whilst processes will vary across institutions, a typical enrolment process will include:
Registering a student’s proof of identity, nationality and right to study
Students agreeing to abide by the institution’s regulations and policies
Verification and updating of key personal data in a student’s personal record
Selection and verification of a student’s curriculum including any optional modules
Payment of relevant tuition fees whether through personal financing, student loan, sponsor, bursary, scholarship or grant
Issue and collection of student ID cards
Ensure your institution is well prepared for this key period in the academic calendar with ourEntrance & Access Control Systems and Associated Equipment and Services framework. You can use the framework to stock up on ID cards, PVC card printers, ribbons and lanyards by using Lot 2 – National (Consumables, Software & Equipment) as a quick and easy route to market which will meet all of your requirements.
Lot 2 also provides an outsourced Bureau Printing Service if required. This service is an option for members who don’t have onsite access control production facilities. Members utilising this service can confirm their requirements to the selected supplier who will then securely produce the required access cards on your behalf and issue them accordingly.
