The UK Government issued updated advice pertaining to infection risk mitigation for Covid 19 on Monday 16th March 2020. The CPC Senior Management Team having reviewed this advice has taken the decision that as of Tuesday March 17th 2020, that our main office in Salford will be closed until further notice to minimise the risk of Covid 19 infection/transmission to our staff and visitors. During this time, all CPC operations will be undertaken remotely, with all staff working from home to assist our members with their procurement enquiries.

Additionally, the services provided by our Regional Procurement Advisors will be limited to remote video calls only with all site visits suspended.

The contact details for the CPC team members remain as published within the contact us section of our website.

We will be handling all calls on the following basis. You may dial the specific CPC Team member required, but if you are uncertain who to contact, you should dial the CPC Helpdesk team on 0800 066 2188

If your call is unable to be fully answered by front line Helpdesk Team Members, an email will be sent to the relevant CPC Team Member who will respond to your enquiry within 24 hours. If your enquiry is urgent, then this should be indicated to the Helpdesk and the team will then seek to facilitate a faster response. Please note that all calls to CPC landline numbers are being redirected to mobile devices across the business.

If you are a CPC supplier please log-in to your user account and visit the supplier guidance section for a supplier update.

The CPC Senior Management Team are meeting daily and as this situation develops, we will be bringing you the latest updates here on this page outlining the current status of CPC operations. We understand that these are very difficult times for the entire country and we look forward to the support of our members and to supporting you through the coming months.
