A significant price review across circa 1800 lines has been completed and we are pleased to announce that Banner have been able to hold over 99% of core list product pricing at the current level. There are a few price increases for members, including for the supply of BIC Ball Point Pens Black/Blue Boxes of 50. CPC has reviewed all of Banner’s buying costs for each increased item and whilst it is disappointing not to be able to hold the existing prices, we do recognise the commercial pressure upon Banner and their costs to procure. A revised core pricing document is available on the Banner page, where increases have been applied Banner have agreed to price match these as a best offer if members are able to buy and demonstrate a legitimate cost from an alternative supplier. CPC and Banner will review these lines for reductions to the core list where this happens during the remainder of the contract period.
CPC would like to remind members that we will be going out to tender for the provision of Office Supplies very shortly and we are looking to have the new framework in place for Autumn 2018.
