We are pleased to inform you that the OJEU notice has been placed and tender documents are now available via suppliers.multiquote.com for the brand new framework, Waste Services. The tender is being carried out using the Open Procedure and has been split into thirteen regional lots.
The general types of services that this framework will cover include all or part of the following elements:
Waste Removal and Recycling
Provision of Waste Containers
Provision of Skips
Provision of Recycling containers
Collection, recycling (where possible) and disposal of all kinds of waste including:
Hazardous
Paper
Sharps
Chemical
Furniture
Building/construction waste including Gypsum plaster
Specialist Waste
Glass
Plastics
Cans
Batteries
Electrical equipment (WEEE directive and non WEEE directive)
Oil and oil contaminated waste
Paint waste and cans
Food waste
CPC envisage that the breadth and scope of this agreement will encompass requirements from the smallest School or Academy through to our larger FE and HE members.
It would be appreciated if you could inform your incumbent suppliers of this opportunity and ask them to register their interest on multi-quote. Once interest has been expressed they will be able to download the tender documents. The Invitation to Tender (ITT) returns are due back midday, 12th April 2017 and we are hoping to launch the new framework by June 2017.
