CPC finalised a significant re-tender this month and are pleased to announce the launch of a new-look purchasing framework for the provision of Building Cleaning services - an agreement set to continue to 29th May 2026, with an additional, one-year extension option.
Whether requiring help with a one-off job, consistent, term time cleaning or a holiday deep cleanse, the June 2023 agreement can connect institutions to approved, vetted specialists, facilitating the supply of host of janitorial, caretaking and adjacent cleaning-based services.
The refined framework is comprised of 15 regional lots, covering all four corners of the United Kingdom, as well as a final ‘national’ lot, with each offering a large selection of 12/13 suppliers. Eliminating the need for institutions to run their own full tendering process, CPC’s groundwork enables public bodies to make key time savings while procuring outsourced cleaning solutions.
“We are very aware how important cleaning provisions are to schools, academies, colleges and universities around the UK; they’re something our institutions simply can’t afford to get wrong for long”, said CPC Contact Manager, Majid Khan.
“With our Building Cleaning framework now live, CPC members can approach their cleaning challenges with confidence, knowing each supplier in every lot has been evaluated through a structured selection process in the first half of 2023, affirming both their quality and capability”.
CPC currently offer no fewer than 15 frameworks with DfE endorsement, spanning categories as diverse as legal services and photography equipment.
