Crescent Purchasing Consortium's Building Cleaning Services 5 tender is now live, with key information outlined below.
This latest tender for a new Building Cleaning Services framework is a competitive flexible procedure, consisting of a three-stage process, with all bidders required to successfully meet requirements in Conditions of Participation, Dialogue, and ITT.
Stage 1: Conditions of Participation
In this initial, Conditions of Participation stage, bidders will be required to pass the Procurement Specific Questionnaire.
The deadline for Stage 1 is 5pm on Tuesday 15th September.
Stage 2: Dialogue Phase
Bidders are subsequently required to provide feedback and amendments to the standard Call Off Conditions of Contract.
Stage 3: Invitation to Tender (ITT)
Lastly, our bidders will be given a final set of Call Off Conditions of Contract to agree.
During this stage, they will be required to complete 'Quality' and 'Pricing' assessments.
The launch date for the new Building Cleaning Services framework is 22nd March 2027.
It will be an Open framework, re-opening every two years, to allow for a refresh of suppliers.

Please note the impending framework is its fifth iteration, with the current edition set to expire in May 2027.
As before, the framework will employ CPC's collaborative purchasing power to driver superior value for members, while offering them a simple, convenient and compliant route to market in this competitive and potentially complex category.
CPC intends to divide the framework across multiple lots, ensuring national and regional/local provision across England.
The fresh framework will also look to service Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.
