CPC are excited to announce the launch of the CPC Member Research Group. The group will provide participating members with a channel to give feedback about services or specific pages on the CPC websites before they are launched. We spent 5 minutes with Jon Pudny from the CPC Research Team to ask a few questions about the group.
What's a research group?
Simply put, the Research Group will be a database of CPC members who’ve volunteered to participate in short usability studies, email interviews and surveys.
What kind of questions should a group member expect to be asked?
As a group member you will be asked anything from a simple Yes / No question about our Frameworks, to questions about your experience of using unreleased features on the CPC websites.
Why do you need to ask these questions?
By having a collaborative approach to feedback (using real users of the site) early in the design process, any changes the team make to how the site functions will produce more accurate results to the needs of our members.
How often will you seek feedback from the group?
We understand that our members are very busy people so the frequency of research questions will be kept to a minimum. In fact, when signing up to the group we make a promise to any members of the group that we won’t email more than once a month.
How do you see the group developing?
We're hoping that the group will become a valuable research resource that allows us to learn from our members. Ensuring that the websites and services continue to be as useful and relevant as they are today.
You can sign up to be part of the Research Group here. Once you have submitted your details we'll send you a confirmation email. If you’d like more information about the group, email Jon at [email protected]
