Published

By CPC Helpdesk

One of numerous free benefits accessible to the 10,000+ members of Crescent Purchasing Consortium is our steady supply of Added Value webinars, where framework suppliers and industry experts come to the table to inform, educate and assist.

On Thursday 29th January (11am), we welcome members to join us for an exclusive webinar with London-based CPC members Creative Education Trust and approved CPC framework suppliers Konica Minolta, helping institutions discover how the former reduced costs and streamlined procurement across 17 schools, while making use of CPC’s multi-functional device framework.

As part of this free online session, which will include contributions from CPC's MFD expert, Kathleen Johnson, Ash Mudaliar and Thomas Brown will talk how CET secured internal sign-off, unified their contract and adopted a data-informed approach for continuous improvement and cost control, while Daniel Jones and David Copping of Konica Minolta will share outcomes and demonstrate how specific technology, including PaperCut and Intuitive Dashboards, is able to deliver long-term value. 👍

Perfect for schools and multi-academy trusts looking to simplify procurement and maximise savings, the agenda is as below:

  1. Welcome and introduction

  2. CET’s procurement journey

  3. Delivering value through technology and data

  4. Key outcomes and benefits

  5. Q&A session

Sign up here to attend and reap the benefits of rare, three-pronged insight, from CPC, member and supplier perspectives.

Meanwhile, the morning of Wednesday 18th February will see us take a webinar deep dive into methods used by suppliers Lyreco UK & Ireland to assess their supply chain and products for sustainability, including product carbon footprinting. 👣

Joining Lyreco Public Sector Key Account Manager, Davina Wagg, will be Customer Sustainability Manager, Chloe Andrews, who has dedicated a ten-year career to developing/delivering impactful sustainability projects and partnerships across the public, private and third sectors alike. Chloe's expertise and dedication drive her efforts to promote sustainability and drive meaningful change within both Lyreco and its customer organisations.

Lyreco has a target for 90% of their sales to be earned from their sustainable product ranges by the end of 2026 and CPC members can expect discussion of this in the upcoming Sustainable Procurement Practices webinar, set for a 10am start.

In addition and, indeed, in between, CPC members can expect the return of our Procurement Advisory Group's PAG Presents series, which offers further webinar-based support, as provided by PAG representatives Mark Pearson and Jack Horton, our esteemed Procurement L&D Lead and Customer Engagement Manager/No Ordinary Day in Procurement host, respectively.

PAG Presents starts 2026 with a session on Spend Analysis & Contract Registers, set for Wednesday 11th February at 10am.

Members can register for this webinar here, as the Added Value of their CPC membership continues through the winter.
