CPL Group are a Best Workplace for Wellbeing

Published

By Toby Belshaw

CPL Group has been officially ranked among the UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing 2022 by Great Place to Work®, the global authority on workplace culture. This is our latest achievement which is in addition to our ‘Great Place to Work' and 'Best Workplace for Women’ 2021 accreditations and is another landmark achievement in recognising CPL Group’s commitment to maintaining a high-trust workplace culture.

Great Place to Work’s Culture Experts analysed thousands of employee surveys, assessing people’s holistic experiences of wellbeing at work by asking employees to comment on how their company supports their work life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction, psychological safety and financial security. Evaluations also included an assessment of how well the Group was able to deliver consistency of their employee experience across all departments and seniority levels.

Managing Director of the CPL Group, Darren Lowe, said, “CPL Group is driven by the aspiration of being an employer of choice.  Our employees are extremely important to the future success of the organisation and it is important to ensure the wellbeing for all employees is never overlooked. The accreditation is a lovely outcome and recognises the work that many colleagues have contributed to.  Well done to everyone across the CPL Group family.

Group HR Manager, Jane Davies, said, “We are immensely proud to have achieved all three accreditations. This really is a true testament to the amazing culture we have here at the CPL Group. We are delighted to have received such great feedback, especially in these very challenging and difficult times. To continue to be a top employer will remain high on our list of aspirations.
